The Consortium Teatro Pubblico Pugliese understands that maintaining the privacy, confidentiality and security its users non-public is important to the users visiting the website. The data you supply will be processed by the Consortium, using electronic or automated systems for the purposes of responding to the users' request about the services of the Consortium, to offer information about this field or about the activities of the Consortium.
Hereinafter the procedures for the Regulations governing personal data protection of the users visiting and/or consulting the website of the project “Archeo.S – System of the Archeological Sites of the Adriatic Sea”.
The Privacy statement in accordance with art. 13 of Law Decree D.Lgs. 196/2003 "Regulations governing personal data protection" will be referred exclusively for the website of the Consortium Teatro Pubblico Pugliese; teatropubblicopugliese.it may contain links to sites other than its own. These sites may have their own terms and conditions, or no terms and conditions at all. We have no responsibility for those sites and provide these links solely for the convenience of our visitors.

Data is processed through electronic means by the registered offices of the Teatro Pubblico Pugliese and exclusively by Persons in charge for data processing or by Persons in charge during incidental maintenance operations.The data resulting from the website will never be transmitted nor diffused.
The personal data submitted by the users that requests information about services (e.g. news abou the project “Archeo.S – System of the Archeological Sites of the Adriatic Sea”) will be used only for the purpose of responding to the user's request and will not be communicated to outside parties, unless the communication would not be drawn up by legal obligations or that would be strictly necessary in the accomplishment of the requests.
Web-Surfing Data
Once you visit the TPP website, the TPP collects and maintans the Personal information about the users ( IP addresses, the property of the pc from where you are connected, etc.). These are information that do not allow noone to identify immediately the user but, if these are properly elaborated and connected to information which outside parties are in possession, then it will be possible to reach an identification.
Data is processed mainly through electronic means by TPP for statistical surveys subject to their prior anonymization( e.g. number of visitors, information about the right functioning of the website) and after the elaboration will be deleted.
All the pages of the website use a content management system with relational database such as MySQL and residing on a remote server.
The access to pages and contents may happen in two different procedures:
* Public: free use of content
* Private: access to content through access identification.
The identification of access is granted by the filling up of username and password. The password is encrypted on the display ( with asterisks). The data are stored in the server with the MDS system. In this way all the confidential information are hidden and cannot be traceable by ill-intentioned users.
Data provided by the user.
These data are clearly provided by the user in order to have access to a service (e.g. the e-mail address to receive the news about the project “Archeo.S – System of the Archeological Sites of the Adriatic Sea”). These data will not be communicated to third parties and will be gathered as long as the user will request their cancellation or the modification.
The web system uses browser cookies for each user. A cookie (biscuit, from English language) is a piece of data stored by a website within a browser, and then subsequently sent back to the same website by the browser but not placed on your computer's hard drive. This instrument allows the avoiding of any type of access to the datas and the prompt cancellation of the information immediately after closing the window of the web page.
The information collected by the cookies will be codified and it will be not easy readable.
No personal information of the users is acquired on purpose by the website.
To allow the surfing in the website, session variables are stored in the cache of the visitor. Also these will be promptly erased as the visitor leaves the server (by closing the browser or changing to another website).

With the only exception of the netsurfing data, above mentioned, the user is free to provide its personal information (e.g. the e-mail address) to request services to the Teatro Pubblico Pugliese (e.g. news mailing).
If the data will not be communicated then it will not possible to satisfy the request done.
According to the article 157 of the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, the Authority could request news and information in order to control the personal data protection. In these cases the answer is compulsory.
The personal information are processed through electonic means in the strictly time needed to achieve the purposes of their gathering. Specific security measures are followed in order to prevent the lost of the datas, their illicit or uncorrect use and the unauthorized access.
The parties concerned may at any moment exercise their rights pursuant to applicable Italian laws on personal data protection (art. 7 of the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003) including the right to obtain confirmation about the existence of their personal data and to know their source and to obtain their integration, updating, rectification, cancellation, anonymization, blocking for law infringement or to object to their processing on legitimate grounds.

Informative under article 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003
The Teatro Pubblico Pugliese informs that the personal data that its customers/suppliers (“parties concerned” in the data processing) provide directly, are exclusively processed for the accomplishment of the duties foreseen by the current regulations, for purposes strictly connected to the managing of business relations.
The refusal to provide all or part of the personal data (e.g. identification data, fiscal code or VAT number) may imply the non-activation or the suspension of the existing relations for which the data are requested as essential informative elements.
The purposes of the data processing also concern the administrative executions (data records for managerial or invoicing purposes) foreseen by national and local regulations and rules.
The data are recorded, registered and elaborated through electronic means and it will be possible to communicate them to supervisory authorities (e.g. Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities for the Companies), on their request, respecting the rules or the regulations of law.
Within the Teatro Pubblico Pugliese, the persons in charge for the above-mentioned purposes will have the possibility to get the information on the personal data.
Outside the TPP, the data can be handled occasionally by the fiscal advisors of the Body.
The parties concerned may at any moment exercise their rights pursuant to applicable Italian laws on personal data protection (art. 7 of the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003) including the right to obtain confirmation about the existence of their personal data and these data should be at their disposal in an understandable way. Also, the parties concerned have the right to know their source as well as the reason and the aims on which the data processing is based on, and to obtain their integration, updating, rectification, cancellation, anonymization, blocking for law infringement or to object to their processing on legitimate grounds.
